1. Ya can’t do that man, I mean I know it’s 3 but some people are idiots, like you, oh that’s probably why you didn’t answer.

2. it would be tank 3 because if water get to tank 3 it has to have enough water to get into 4 so it would fill iup to keep flowing into 4

3. Once the water in tank one is high enough to reach the pipe, it will flow into tank two, which will do the same into tank three. Since the pipe that will transport water from tank three to tank four is high and strangely shaped, tank three will fill up before being able to move water into tank four.

4. I am making 2 assumptions:
1. The tanks don’t have lids (indicated by the open tops.)
2. The top of Tank 3 appears to be just a bit lower than tank 4.

Give those assumptions, then Tanks 1, 2, and 4 will never fill. Tank 3 will start to overflow before tank 4 fills. The water levels in Tanks 2 and 4 will only ever reach as high as the top of tank 3. The water level in Tank 1 will only ever reach just high enough to pour into Tank 2.

Take away assumption 2 so that Tanks 3 and 4 are considered the exact same height, then they will begin to overflow simultaneously. Tanks 1 and 2 will never fill.

On the other hand, if the tap runs long enough to flood the entire world to a depth higher than the top of Tank 1…
